Celtic Sea Power Limited’s (CSP) mission is to maximise the social and economic benefits of Floating Offshore Wind (FLOW) and other low carbon energy opportunities for Cornwall and the Celtic Sea region.  CSP has a team of eighteen and a board of five based in Hayle, Cornwall and Pembroke Dock, Wales. CSP is an autonomous subsidiary of Cornwall Council.

Working to meet The Crown Estate’s target of 4.5GW of FLOW by the late 2030s, CSP is directly addressing the challenges to unlock regional benefits through these key pillars:
