The Industry Armed Forces Forum (IAFF) exists to support organisations and the Armed Forces community in recognising opportunity, value and transferable skills across the energy sector. We support employers to better understand the leadership, technical expertise, adaptability and resilience developed through Armed Forces service, while supporting service leavers, reservists and veterans to identify and access meaningful careers within energy.
