The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP) is the UK’s flagship organisation dedicated to strengthening the offshore wind supply chain. We exist to unlock the full potential of the UK’s offshore wind sector. Our mission is to develop a globally competitive domestic supply chain that supports clean energy and economic prosperity.

OWGP is an independent, not-for-profit organisation set up to provide private funding and business support to UK-based companies to help them innovate, scale, and compete globally, and lead the coordinated delivery of the UK’s strategic vision for offshore wind supply chain growth. Through targeted support and strategic leadership, we ensure that British-based suppliers remain at the forefront of industry, capable of meeting the demands of both domestic and international markets.

Our success is reflected in the growth of the companies we support. Since 2019, we have worked with more than 300 businesses to enhance productivity, capability, and competitiveness.
